![]() Clean Air Kansas was a grassroots, non partisan campaign that worked with Kansas residents and other health organizations to secure the passage of a statewide smoke free law for Kansas. The Kansas legislature passed the bill in February 2010 and the law took effect July 1, 2010. Clean Air Kansas represented the grassroots voice of citizens calling for a uniform, statewide smoke free law that covers indoor public places and workplaces including restaurants, bars and private clubs.
