• At the west edge of Topeka, take the I-470 SOUTH/US-75 SOUTH exit, exit #355
• Merge onto I-470
• Immediately take the HUNTOON ST/WANAMAKER RD exit, exit #1B
• At the stoplight intersection (bottom of exit ramp), turn right (west) on SW HUNTOON ST (a steep hill to the west)
• Follow continuing directions at the bottom of this page

• Travel northeast on the Kansas Turnpike to exit #177/SOUTH TOPEKA (US-75) onto I-470 W
• Continue on I-470 W to exit #1B/WANAMAKER RD/HUNTOON ST
• Turn right (north) on SW WANAMAKER RD, cross immediately to the left turn lane
• Turn left (west) on SW HUNTOON ST
• Proceed west about two blocks to the stoplight intersection

Option #1
via downtown Topeka (about one mile shorter)

• Where I-70 splits at the east side of Topeka, take the right lanes, exit #183
• Continue on I-70 through the middle and downtown of Topeka to the west side of town
• As you approach the west side of town, take the I-470 SOUTH/US-75 SOUTH exit, exit #355
• After passing over I-70 on a high bridge, immediately take the HUNTOON ST/WANAMAKER RD exit, exit #1B
• At the stoplight intersection (bottom of exit ramp), turn Right (West) on SW HUNTOON ST (a steep hill to the west)
• Follow continuing directions at the bottom of this page

Option #2
via I-70/Turnpike around south side of Topeka (less traffic)

• Where I-70 splits at the east side of Topeka, take the left lanes, continuing on the Kansas Turnpike (the left lanes will say South Topeka/Wichita)
• Continue on the Kansas Turnpike for approximately another five miles
• Exit the Turnpike at the South Topeka exit (#177)
• Continue from the toll booth to I-470 West
• After about three miles on I-470, Take the WANAMAKER RD exit, exit #1
• Turn right (north) on SW WANAMAKER RD, cross immediately to the left turn lane
• Turn left (west) at the stoplight on SW HUNTOON ST
• Proceed west about two blocks to a stoplight intersection
• Follow continuing directions below
   

• After the stoplight intersection, continue about one block west on SW HUNTOON ST
• At the top of the hill, turn right (north) into the complex of several office buildings (there should be an EXECUTIVE DR sign at the entrance to this short street; as a landmark, there is a large apartment complex called “Summit Woods” across the street to the south)
• Continue north in the parking lot to the larger of the two pale green buildings (the building has a “Bartlett & West Engineers, Inc.” sign and the number “1200” on the front)
• Park anywhere in the lot; enter the first floor reception area; the Sunflower Foundation office space is just behind the reception desk
