Nomination Process Eligibility Successful nominees will serve in a senior leadership position or a public policy position for a nonprofit health and human service organization*; have a proven track record in the nonprofit field; and demonstrate an interest and ability to work as an advocate on policy issues that affect Kansans. *The Fellowship is designed for candidates working for a 501(c)3 organization; however, one or two positions may be open for individuals representing educational or governmental organizations. How to Nominate Nominations for Fellows are accepted as self-nominations or third party nominations.
